Hilary

With a kitchen design career spanning 25 years that started in the family architectural joinery business, Hilary is a kitchen & bathroom designer, stylist, sometime recipe writer and exhibiting artist who studied Industrial Design at UTS with further qualifications in Interior Design. Specialising in kitchen and bathroom design, her approach is to look at a space holistically to realise the true potential of the house through clever manipulation of layout and the careful selection of finishes and features.

Having a particular passion for ‘Modern Hamptons’, ‘Coastal Chic’ and ‘Cutting Edge Contemporary’ kitchens, Hilary is happy to advise on colour, lighting and furniture selection to bring out the best in a new kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Master suites are a particular specialty being nominated a finalist twice in the KBDi Awards for two separate master suite projects in 2019. Hilary has had work featured in Inside Out, Kitchen & Bathroom Quarterly, House & Garden and Kitchen Trends and won an HIA NKBA Kitchen Design Award in 1996.

When not dreaming up new designs Hilary can be found working on her etchings, cooking up a storm, bushwalking or enjoying life on the water with her husband, son and numerous pets on the Central Coast which she calls home…
