Impala’s clients were building a new home and wanted a kitchen to complement the neutral-toned palette and satisfy a need for casual dining.
Impala designed the kitchen to have a drop-down timber table to allow for casual eating and used neutral hues for the kitchen cabinets and glass splashback. Ample storage was provided with a large pantry and concealed appliance area. A wine fridge was built in and plenty of bench space for food preparation.
The crisp white kitchen cabinets and stone bench tops stand out from the taupe-painted walls and the glass spalshback complements this treatment. The timber table adds texture and an important design feature to the space.
The owner is delighted with the outcome, making the kitchen space feel bright and meeting the design brief for a practical space for seating and cooking.
