Impala’s client was building a new home on Sydney’s North shore. The client wanted to use the latest contemporary materials, provide seating for his family and plenty of storage. Key to the design was a large island unit with a substantial, thick stone top and sides. The bar back was to be glossy metallic glass, matching the kitchen splashback.
Frosted glass doors were used to add interest and balance the use of glass on the island. To the right of the frosted glass doors is a tall door leading to a walk in pantry where staples and small appliances can be stored.
The kitchen supplies ample storage and bench space, utilising the latest in contemporary materials to meet the architecture of our client’s home.
