Currently, Robert's primary goals are twofold: to consistently deliver magazine-quality bathrooms for Impala Kitchen and Bathrooms' clientele and to provide moral and ethical guidance to the company's younger team members and subcontractors. He is passionate about fostering their development into high end skilled professionals and principled individuals.

Robert's impressive achievements include attaining tertiary qualifications as a mature age student across Australia, the United Kingdom, and Spain, graduating as Dux during his Diploma of Building, and consistently witnessing the satisfaction of clients upon the completion of their bathroom or renovation projects.
