Paul has masterfully proven that limited square footage is no barrier to high-end luxury by overcoming complex structural limits in this apartment kitchen.

Trenched plumbing into existing brickwork to optimize floor area.
Flush hydraulic pivot door to seamlessly conceal laundry access.
Hidden window bulkhead duct to vent the rangehood externally.
Design Aesthetic:
Natural White satin joinery paired with rich timber herringbone flooring.
Neolith Calacatta Gold stone with continuous, flowing vein-matching.
Custom curved rangehood shroud and a striking curved waterfall island bench.

Finalist: Large Kitchens NSW – Rashi Mathur
Rashi brilliantly modernized a dated timber bungalow kitchen into a contemporary masterpiece while respecting its original architectural character.
Structural Innovation:
Closed dining room opening to maximize wall space for integrated appliances.
Converted a restricted, traditional servery into a sprawling social island.
Relocated the sink to the central island to optimize social workflow.
Design Aesthetic:
Bold navy blue island contrasted with light, sophisticated neutral cabinetry.

For this private ensuite transformation, Rashi focused on absolute spatial efficiency to cultivate a calm, deeply refined sanctuary.
